Business Succession Planning Workshop
Description
The Business Succession Planning workshop is a half-day workshop for busy people who believe that the success and resiliency of their organisation is contingent on their people, process and culture.
Engaging with this programme will provide time and mental space to work on and not in the business.
This course is perfect for:
1) People who are looking to step back or are leaving their organisation
2) People taking over a family business (outsiders or family)
3) Leaders being promoted or seconded to new roles
4) Organisations looking to improve their resiliency and success through personal leadership, process and intentional design
Our promise
You will leave this workshop with a self-interpreted plan, intention and strategy . We are incredibly intentional with designing a space where meaningful dialogue, intuition and intention translates into action.
As succession planning is contingent on people, we offer one follow-up coaching session as a value-added service.
And follow-up coaching sprints where we help scribe and provide expert consultancy (only where necessary) to ensure a plan and SOP are created from these one-on-one/group sessions with your organisation.
What tools do we use?
1) A coaching approach to evoke sustained motivation
2) Journey mapping and design-thinking processes on Mural to map the transition and employee experience
3) Word docs for templates to share and any SOPs and self-interpreted policy that you can use/ trial
What do you need to prepare?
1) An open mind and an open heart, we’re going to be talking about feelings
2) A laptop
3) An alarm to make sure you’re on time :D
4) Courage, to contribute, speak up and ask questions during the workshop
